宫腔镜下电切术与刮宫术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的疗效对比

目的:探索宫腔镜下电切术与刮宫术对子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的疗效对比。方法:本次回顾性分析了87例2016年4月~2018年5月在本院治疗的子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者。患者被归类为宫腔镜下电切术组(观察组):44例患者采用宫腔镜下电切术方案治疗;宫腔镜下刮宫术组(对照组):43例患者采取宫腔镜下刮宫术方案治疗。分析组间相关指标变化意义。结果:①经过治疗发现宫腔镜下电切术组术后复发对比宫腔镜下刮宫术组具有明显优势,P<0.05。②经过治疗发现宫腔镜下电切术组术后阴道出血并发症发生对比宫腔镜下刮宫术组具有明显优势,P<0.05。③经过治疗发现宫腔镜下电切术组治疗后妊娠对比宫腔镜下刮宫术组具有明显优势P<0.05。结论:采用宫腔镜下电切术的方法诊治子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者情况更好,病因检出率比采用宫腔镜下刮宫术的方法更高,临床治疗效果更为理想。

Comparison of Curative Effect of Hysteroscopic Resection and Curettage on Patients with Endometrial Polyp Infertility

Objective: To explore the effect comparison of hysteroscopic resection and curettage on patients with endometrial polyp infertility. Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed 87 patients with endometrial polyp infertility treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018. Patients were classified as hysteroscopic resection group(experimental group): 44 patients were treated with hysteroscopic resection scheme;hysteroscopic curettage group(control group): 43 patients were treated with hysterectomy Microsurgery curettage scheme treatment. Analyze the significance of changes in related indicators between groups. Results: ①After treatment, it was found that the recurrence in the hysteroscopic resection group had a significant advantage compared with the hysteroscopic curettage group(P<0.05). ②After treatment, it was found that postoperative vaginal bleeding complications in the hysteroscopic resection group had a significant advantage over the hysteroscopic curettage group(P<0.05). ③After treatment, it was found that the pregnancy of the hysteroscopic resection group had a significant advantage over the hysteroscopic curettage group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hysteroscopic resection is better for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with endometrial polyp infertility, and the cause detection rate is higher than that of hysteroscopic curettage, and the clinical treatment effect is more ideal.
