不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者治疗的作用探讨

目的:探讨牙体牙髓患者采用不同根管填充程度进行充填对治疗作用的影响。方法:选择2016年10月~2018年10月本院收治的进行根管治疗的牙体牙髓患者共132例作为研究对象,按照数字随机分组方式将132例患者分成恰填组、欠填组和超填组三组,每组均包括44例患者,对恰填组进行恰当充填,欠填组填充物进行欠缺填充,超填组填充物超出根尖孔,并探讨三组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:恰填组治疗总有效率为93.18%,相比欠填组高出13.63%,相比超填组高出18.18%,P<0.05。恰填组患者治疗后疼痛发生率为6.82%(3/44),明显低于欠填组和超填组,P<0.05。结论:在对牙体牙髓患者进行根管填充时,恰当充填可以获得更好的治疗效果,术后疼痛发生概率更低。

The Effect of Different Root Canal Filling Degree on the Treatment of Dental Pulp Patients

Objective: To investigate the effect of filling with different root canal fillings on the treatment of dental pulp patients. Methods: A total of 132 dental caries patients who underwent root canal therapy from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in this study.
