| 摘 要： | 目的:观察分析单通道经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法:以本院收治的复杂性肾结石患者88例为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别采用单通道经皮肾镜碎石(对照组44例)和单通道经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜(观察组44例)进行治疗,比较其临床效果及其相关指标。结果:观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮肾镜取石术联合输尿管软镜治疗复杂性肾结石具有非常显著的临床治疗效果,治疗价值显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of single-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of complicated renal calculi. Methods: 88 patients with complicated renal calculi admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were treated with single-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy(control group, 44 cases) and single-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscope(observation group, 44 cases), and their clinical effects and related indexes were compared. Results: All indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscope has a very significant clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of complex renal calculi, and has a significant therapeutic value in the treatment of complex renal calculi. |
