| 摘 要： | 目的研究团队资源管理模式对缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者就诊-静脉溶栓时间(door-to-needle time,DNT)的影响。方法2015年4月-2016年4月期间西昌市人民医院未实施团队资源管理模式,纳入47例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为对照组。2016年5月-2017年5月期间西昌市人民医院实施团队资源管理模式,纳入47例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为观察组。观察团队资源管理模式实施前后两组患者的就诊时间、神经功能、生活质量以及对护理满意度情况。结果观察组就诊至CT检查时间、CT检查至用药时间以及DNT均短于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组美国国殳卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P
