神经外科危重患者留置鼻空肠管进行早期肠内的治疗体会

目的:探讨神经外科危重患者留置鼻空肠管进行早期肠内的治疗效果。方法:选定2018年6月~2019年3月到本院接受治疗的60例神经外科危重患者,随机分为对照组30例(留置鼻胃管)与观察组30例(留置鼻空肠管),比较两组机械通气时长、达目标量所需时长、肠内营养起始时长、住ICU时长与并发症发生率指标。结果:治疗结束,观察组机械通气时长、达目标量所需时长、肠内营养起始时长与住ICU时长指标均低于对照组,且差别有显著意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率指标(6.67%)低于对照组(40.00%)且差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:留置鼻空肠管方法可有效改善神经外科危重患者预后。

Experience in the Treatment of Early Enteral Intestines in Critically Ill Patients with Neurosurgery

Objective: To investigate the effect of indwelling nasal jejunal tube on early enteral treatment in critically ill patients with neurosurgery. Methods: Sixty patients with neurosurgical critical care who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=30 cases(retained nasogastric tube) and the observation group(30 cases with indwelling nasal jejunal tube). The duration of mechanical ventilation, the duration of the target dose, the duration of enteral nutrition, the duration of ICU stay, and the incidence of complications were compared. Results: At the end of treatment, the duration of mechanical ventilation, the length of time required to reach the target amount, the duration of enteral nutrition, and the duration of ICU stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The rate index(6.67%) was lower than that of the control group(40.00%) and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of indwelling nasal jejunal tube can effectively improve the prognosis of critically ill patients with neurosurgery and it is worthy of popularization.
