熊去氧胆酸+多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗胆囊结石的价值体会

摘    要:目的评定熊去氧胆酸加多烯磷脂酰胆碱药物治疗方案在胆囊结石患者中的临床治疗价值。方法 64例胆囊结石患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组,各32例。试验组采用熊去氧胆酸加多烯磷脂酰胆碱药物治疗方案,对照组采用熊去氧胆酸药物治疗方案。比较两组患者的胆囊结石溶解效果、治疗前后的胆囊壁厚度、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者的胆囊结石溶解率为78.13%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的胆囊壁厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的胆囊壁厚度均较本组治疗前降低,且试验组胆囊壁厚度为(2.59±0.20)mm,小于对照组的(2.82±0.40)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应发生率为9.38%,与对照组的3.13%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胆囊结石患者选择熊去氧胆酸加多烯磷脂酰胆碱方案治疗,临床治疗效果较优。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ursodeoxycholic acid + polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of calculus of gallbladder. Methods A total of 64 calculus of gallbladder patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The experimental group received ursodeoxycholic acid + polyene phosphatidylcholine regimen, and the control group received ursodeoxycholic acid regimen. The dissolution effect of gallstone, thickness of gallbladder wall before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results The dissolution rate of gallstone was 78.13% in the experimental group, which was higher than 50.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in thickness of gallbladder wall between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the thickness of gallbladder wall in the two groups was decreased than those before treatment, and the thickness of gallbladder wall(2.59±0.20) mm in the experimental group was smaller than(2.82±0.40) mm in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.38% in the experimental group, which had no statistically significant difference compared with 3.13% in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid + polyene phosphatidylcholine regimen shows better clinical effect in the treatment of calculus of gallbladder patients.
