螺旋CT和MR联合检测在女性盆腔囊性病变诊断中应用价值研究

目的:探讨盆腔囊性病变的女性患者应用螺旋CT+MR联合检测的临床诊断效果。方法:择取2017年4月~2019年4月本院收治的盆腔囊性病变的90例女性患者为观察对象,根据患者的入院先后顺序将其划分为单一组和联合组,每组各45例,单一组患者接受螺旋CT检测诊断,联合组患者接受螺旋CT+MR联合检测,对比两组患者的定位诊断准确率及定性诊断准确率。结果:联合组患者的定性诊断准确率优于单一组患者,组间数据存在统计学差异(95.6%,75.6%,P<0.05);联合组患者的定位诊断准确率与单一组对比无统计学差异(93.3%,97.8%,P>0.05)。结论:针对盆腔囊性病变的女性患者给予螺旋CT+MR联合检测,相较于单纯螺旋CT诊断,定性诊断准确率更高,且定位诊断不受影响,依然能保持在90%以上。

Study on the Value of Spiral CT and MR Combined Detection in the Diagnosis of Female Pelvic Cystic Lesions Cloth Benevolence

Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis effect of spiral CT+MR combined detection in female patients with pelvic cystic lesions. Methods: 90 female patients with pelvic cystic lesions admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled, according to the order of the patient’s admission can be divided into single and joint group, each group 45 cases of patients underwent spiral CT examination in the diagnosis of a single group, united group patients received spiral CT+MR joint detection, compared two groups of patients with the positioning of the diagnostic accuracy and qualitative diagnostic accuracy. Results: The accuracy of qualitative diagnosis in the combined group was 95.6%, better than that in the single group(75.6%). There was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the accuracy of positioning diagnosis between the combined group and the single group(95.6%, 75.6%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Spiral CT+MR combined detection for female patients with pelvic cystic lesions is more accurate in qualitative diagnosis than simple spiral CT diagnosis, and the localization diagnosis is not affected, and it can still remain above 90%.
