人椎前神经节小强荧光细胞的观察研究

摘    要:本文采用荧光组织化学法观察了6例人腹腔节、主动脉肾节和脑系膜上,下节的连续切片。人椎前神经节均有数量较多的小强荧光(SIF)细胞,其分布方式有单个散在,成小团以及呈小节状三种。缘大多数SIF细胞集中在小节中。在人椎前节发现结构更为完善的SIF细胞小节,将为进一步探讨SIF细胞的功能提供新的线索。

Abstract:By means of fluorescent histochemistry the small intense fluorescent (SIF) cella in serial cryostal sections of six human infant Coeliac Ganglia Aorticorenaliac Ganglia Inferior Mesenteric Ganglia and Superior Mesenteric Ganglia were observed.There are large amount of SIF cells in all prevertebral ganglia of human infants.There are three forms about the distribution of SIF cells in human infant prevertebral ganglia i.g.isolated cells clusters and small ganglia.Most of SIF cells in human infant prevertebral ganglia assembled in these small ganglia.Finding the small ganglia of SIF cells, that their structure is more perfect, will provide a new lead for studying the function of the SIF cells.
