APE1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达特点及其与预后的关系

目的 探讨脱嘌呤/嘧啶核酸内切酶(apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease, APE1) 在非小细胞肺癌中的表达特点及其与患者预后的关系.方法 应用免疫组化方法检测103例非小细胞肺癌组织和36例正常肺组织中APE1的表达情况,按染色强度将其分为低表达组和高表达组,并分析APE1在非小细胞肺癌表达情况与临床病理及患者预后的关系.结果 正常肺组织及肺癌组织均有APE1表达,但正常肺组织以细胞核表达为主,肺癌组织主要在细胞质表达;APE1的表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、有无淋巴结转移及组织类型无明显关系;生存分析显示APE1的表达强弱与患者的预后明显相关.结论 APE1蛋白表达增强与定位的改变与肺癌发生及发展有关,APE1基因表达增强可能是非小细胞肺癌患者预后不良的指标之一.

APE1 expression and its correlation with prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To detect the apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease(APE1)expression and its correlation with prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The expression of APE1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 103 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 36 normal lung tissues.High expression group and low expression group were defined according to the staining intensity of APE1,and its association with clinicopathologic data and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed.Results Protein expression of APE1 was noticed in all non-small cell lung cancer and normal lung tissues.The APE1 expression of normal lung tissues mainly located in nucleus,while APE1 expression of non-small cell lung cancer in cytoplasm.APE1 expression was not related with age and gender,tumor size,lymphatic metastasis,nor pathological classification.There was a significant correlation between expression levels of APE1 and prognosis by Kaplan-Meier survival curve.Conclusion High expression of APE1 and shift of APE1 location was associated with non-small cell lung cancer.High expression of APE1 protein may indicate poor prognosis.
