| 摘 要： | microRNA是由20-25个核苷酸的组成的非编码小分子RNA,它具有癌基因和抑癌基因的作用,与肿瘤的诊断、分期、进展、预后以及治疗有密切的关系。研究显示,microRNA在肺癌组织中具有特定的表达谱,参与了肺癌发生发展的整个过程。本研究主要就microRNA在肺癌诊断和治疗作用上的最新进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | MicroRNA is a class of small non-protein-coding RNA consisting of 20-25 nucleotide. MicroRNA is closely associated with cancer genes and tumor-suppressor genes,so which might be used for diagnosis,classification,progression,prognosis and treatment of cancers.Researches show that microRNA has specific expression profile in lung cancer and participate in the carcinogenesis and development of lung cancer.In this article we review the latest progress on microRNA in diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. |
