| 摘 要： | 目的 证明食道心房调搏治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的临床疗效。方法 对 18例阵发性室上性心动过速的患者进行食道心房调搏与 2 0例施普罗帕酮药物治疗。结果 食道心房调搏组与普罗帕酮组治疗有效率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ,复发率食道心房调搏组高于普罗帕酮组。结论 食道心房调搏治疗阵发性室上性心动过速有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of esophageal atrial pulsation modulation (EAPM) on supraventricular tachycardia (ST). Methods The EAPM was taken for 18 ST patients and 20 patients of ST received propafenone. Results There was no significant difference on the curative effects between two groups. The recurrent rate of disease in EAPM group was higher than that in drug group. Conclusion There might be definite curative effect of EAPM in treating ST. |
