清远市市区公共场所从业人员结核病防治知识知晓情况调查

目的了解清远市市区公共场所从业人员结核病防治知识知晓情况。方法对在调查期间前来本中心体检门诊进行健康体检的1200名公共场所从业人员进行结核病知识问卷调查。结果共收回1150份有效问卷，有效率为95．8％。1150名调查对象的肺结核病核心信息总知晓率为57．5％。其中男性57．9％，女性57.3％；70．0％的调查对象了解肺核结病的传染性和可治愈性；只有44．7％的调查对象知道有专门治疗肺结核病的机构；对“咳嗽、咳痰多长时间应该考虑可能得了肺结核病”和“国家对检查和治疗肺结核病有免费政策吗？”的知晓率较低．分别为35.4％和33.8％。结论清远市市区公共场所从业人员对结核病防治相关知识的知晓率仍处于较低水平．今后应加强公共场所从业人员尤其是低学历者的肺结核病防治知识的宣传教育。

Survey on Awareness About the Tuberculosis Prevention and Cure Knowledge Among Public Places Personnel in Qingyuan City

OBJECTIVE To explore the awareness about the tuberculosis prevention and cure knowledge among public places personnel in Qingyuan City. METHODS To investigate the examined objects with questionnaires, performed the random searching in 1 200 health subjects from out-patient department of our center. RESULTS There were 1 150 effective questionnaire, the effective rate was 95.8%. The total awareness rate was 57.5%, which the percentage for male and female were 57.9% and 57.3% respectively.70.0% of them knew the infectivity and cure about pulmonary tuberculosis. But only 44.7% of them kenw there were specialized institutions for curing pulmonary tuberculosis. And 35.4% of them knew "People who had the symptom of cough and sputum for some time may develop pulmonary tuberculosis" and only 33.8% of them knew "There are national policies on free tuberculosis check-up and cure." CONCLUSION The awareness rate about the tuberculosis prevention and cure knowledge is in the lower level among public places Personnel in Qingyuan City.It is important to strengthen communication and health education for public places personnel, especially people with low education.
