尼群地平治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期肺动脉高压的疗效观察

使用肺阻抗血流图对尼群地平治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期肺动脉高压的疗效进行预测，结果表明：（１）尼群地平具有较为明显的降低慢性肺心病急性发作期肺动脉高压的作用，与对照组及治疗前比较，有极显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）；（２）在持续低流量吸氧的同时服用尼群地平，可使动脉血氧分压增高，二氧化碳分压降低；（３）对于慢性肺心病急性发作期伴血压增高的患者，尼群地平具有降低血压的作用，提示尼群地平对于慢性肺心病急性作

Observation of the Therapcutic Effect of Nitrendipine on Pulmonary Hypertension in Patients with Palmonary Heart Disease duing Acute Attacks

The therapeutic effect on pulmonary hypertension of patients with chronic cor pulmonale during acute attacks after using Nitrendipine was evaluated with impedance pulmonary rheograrns.The results demonstrated that:(1)Ni- trendipne was of remarkable therapeutic effect in reducing pulmonary hypertensionof patients with chronic cor pulmonaleduring acute attack and the differenceswere more significant(P<0. 01 )con-pared with those of control group and thepatients before therapy;(2)Po_2 of the pa-tients increased,and Pco_2 declined whenthey took Nitrendipine and were given acontinuous low flow rate of oxygen thera-py simultaneously ;(3)The blood pressureof the patients with chronic cor pulmonalecomplicated by hypertension during theiracute attads when using Nitrendipine. Theresults suggest that Nitrendipine bas a re-markable therapentic effect on pulmonaryhypertension of the patients with chroniccor pulmonale during acute attacks , espe-cially on those complicated by increasedblood pressure.
