糖肾煎联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

目的观察糖肾煎联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将糖尿病肾病患者64例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例。两组在基础糖尿病的治疗上,对照组再给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗,治疗组给予羟苯磺酸钙加糖肾煎治疗。连续治疗12周后,比较两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白含量、肌酐（Cr）、血尿素氮（BUN）和空腹血糖（FBG）的变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后24h尿蛋白、Cr、BUN及FBG水平明显下降（P〈0.05）;与对照组比较,治疗组24h尿蛋白、BUN、Cr及FBG水平明显下降（P〈0.05）。结论糖肾煎联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病有效,优于单用羟苯磺酸钙治疗。

Clinical Efficacy of Tangshenjian Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To observe the effect of Tangshenjian combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 64 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. Regular blood sugar control was administered to all the included patients. Additionally, patients in the control group orally took calcium dobesilate while those in the treatment group took Tangshenjian combined with calcium dobesilate. 12 weeks later, 24-hour urine protein content, renal function（blood urea nitrogen and creatinine）and fasting glucose level were compared. Results Compared with the control group,24-hour urine protein eontent,creatinine levels and blood urea nitrogen, and fasting glucose level were significantly reduced of patients in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tangshenjian combined with calcium dobesilate is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
