中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）急性发作期患者的临床疗效。方法：８５例肺心病急性发作期患者随机分为２组：治疗组４２例采用中西医结合治疗；对照组４３例采用单纯西药治疗。观察２组患者治疗前后的临床症状、动脉血二氧化碳分压（ＰａＣＯ２）、动脉血氧分压（ＰａＯ２）、血液流变性、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）等指标。结果：治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为４５．２％和９２．９％，均明显优于对照组（２７．９％和６９．８％），Ｐ均＜０．０１。中西医结合治疗能明显缓解临床症状，改善肺功能；降低ＰａＣＯ２，升高ＰａＯ２；降低ＬＰＯ含量，增强ＳＯＤ活性。结论：中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作期患者在缓解临床症状、改善肺功能方面的疗效较单纯西药治疗为优

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of TCM WM on corpulmonale during acute phase

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM WM therapy on corpulmonale during acute phase.Methods:Eightyfive cases of corpulmonale during acute phase were divided randomly into 2 groups.The treatment group (42 cases) was treated with TCM WM therapy and control group (43 cases) was treated with western medicine alone.The clinical symptom,partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery (PaCO 2),partial pressure of oxygen in artery (PaO 2) value,hemorrheologic parameters,lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels were observed preand posttherapy.Results:In treatment group,the obvious effective rate and total effective rate were 45 2% and 92 9 % respectively,it was superior to control group (27 9% and 69 8% respectively),all P <0 01.TCM WM therapy could relieved obviously the clinical symptom,improved the pulmonary function, decreased LPO content and enhanced SOD activity.Conclusions:There is better therapeutic efficacy of TCM WM therapy than treated with western medicine alone in treatment of corpulmonale during acute phase.
