摘    要:目的探讨伤口分泌物中病原菌分布和耐药情况。方法收集泉州市正骨医院2005年8月至2007年6月住院患者伤口分泌物,进行细菌分离、菌种鉴定,并进行药物敏感试验。结果革兰阳性菌分离率最高的是金黄色葡萄球菌(17.04%),其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐药问题严重,占20.34%;革兰阴性菌分离率最高的是大肠埃希杆菌(9.26%),其次是铜绿假单胞菌(6.30%)。结论伤口分泌物中分离出的菌种呈现多样化、耐药问题严重,应加强耐药性监测和抗菌药物使用的管理制度,以有效控制细菌感染和耐药。
