不孕症妇女解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体感染的临床分析

目的:探讨解脲支原体(UU)和沙眼衣原体(CT)与不孕症的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCB)技术对1 442例不孕症妇女进行UU、CT检测并与162例正常妇女进行对照,阳性患者夫妇同时进行治疗。结果:不孕症妇女UU和CT阳性率分别为27.2％及27.7％,明显高于对照组(P<0.005,P<0.001);其中药物流产史组与人工流产史组,阳性率差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。反复流产史组和人工流产后置器组UU感染率明显高于人工流产史组(P<0.01,P<0.05);尤其是不孕症组宫颈糜烂患者CT感染率为42.1％,明显高于宫颈光滑患者,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。采用希舒美对夫妇双方同时治疗1疗程,UU、CT治愈率可达78.2％及90.1％。结论:UU、CT感染是女性 不孕、反复流产的一个主要原因,夫妇双方同时治疗可达到好的疗效。

Clinical Analysis of Infection of Ureaplasms Urealyticum and Chlamydial Trachomatis in Infertility

Objective: To evaluate the influences of infection by Ureaplasms Urealyticam ( UU) and Chlamydial Trachomatis (CT) to infertility. Methods; We detected the UU and CT occurrence in cervical secretion of 1,442 infertile women and 162 normal using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) ,The treatments were given for the positive couples. Results;The positive rates of UU and CT infertile women were 27. 2% and 27. 7% respectively and were signigicantly higher than control(P <0. 005 ,P <0. 001). No difference was observed in positive rate between the groups of the medical abortion and induced abortion (P > 0. 05 ). The UU positive rates of recurrent spontaneous abortive group and induced abortive group with IUD. were significantly higher than that of induced ( P < 0. 01 ,P < 0. 05 ). Especially the infective rate of cervix infertile was significantly higher than that of normal cervic (P < 0. 01) . A - period of treatment with Zithromax was given for the positive couples. The rates of cure were 78. 2% and 90. 1 %. Conclusion UU and CT infection is one of the important factors responsible for infertility and spontaneous abortion. It is effectively to treat positive couples simultaneously.
