| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒适护理模式对自发性气胸患者胸腔闭式引流治疗过程中的应用效果。方法将72例患者随机分成观察组36例与对照组36例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加上舒适护理。结果观察组胸腔闭式引流治疗过程中疼痛程度减轻,并发症减少,满意率为97%,对照组满意率为83%,两组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论实施舒适护理可以使患者在治疗过程中得到舒适和放松,体现了"以人为本"的护理宗旨,丰富了整体护理的内涵。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the effect of application of comfort nursing care to spontaneous patients with thorax close-drainage.Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups (observed group and controlled group).The controlled group was undergone normal nursing care,and the observed group was undergone the normal nursing care and comfort nursing care as well.Result The comfort nursing care in observed group can decrease pain and complication,the degree of satisfaction was 97%,and the degree of satisfaction in controlled group was 83%.The result has statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion Using comfort nursing care in spontaneous patients can improve comfortion and relaxation,and reflect the nusing purpose of "people foremost",and enrich the meaning of holistic nuring. |
