We shall explore the objective principles of spinal injuries with the research on spinal kinemechnics as a cutting through point in order to seek for a reasonable therapeutic modality that can resolve spinal kinemechnic issues without aggravation of injuries, attempting to use traditional medical thinking mode in conjunction with spinal morphologic anatomy with fragmented thinking substituted by integral thinking, mechanic thinking substituted by systematic thinking, dynamic thinking substituted by static thinking.
