| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定疣洗剂中苦参碱含量。方法:采用Diamonsil(r)C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm, 5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(含1.5%十二烷基硫酸钠)(30:10:60),流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为210nm。结果:苦参碱在0.43～6.44μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,快速,重复性好,可用于祛疣洗剂中苦参碱的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of matrine in Quyou lotion.Method:A Diamonsil~(?) C_(18) column(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol -0.05%phosphoric acid(contain 1.5%lauryl sodium sulfate)(30:10:60),the flow rate was 1.0ml·min~(-1),the detection wavelength was 210nm.Result:The calibration curves of matrine was good linear in the range of 0.43-6.44μg,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 99.2%with RSD 1.1% (n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple... |
