缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压临床疗效观察

目的：观察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：对81例高血压患者随机分为A、B、C三组，每组27例。A组给予缬沙坦治疗，80mg／次，1次／d，口服；B组给予氨氯地平治疗，10mg／次，1次／d，口服；C组给予缬沙坦40mg／次，1次／d，氨氯地平5mg,／次，1次／d，口服治疗。结果：治疗4周后三组血压均有明显下降（P〈0．01），C组有效率高于A、B组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压在小剂量奈件下可以达到理想的治疗效果。

Observation on Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Combination of Valsartan and Amlodipine in Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Valsartan combined with Amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods：Eighty-one patients with essential hypertension were stochastically divided into group A, group B and group C （n = 27）. Group A was treated with Valsartan of 80 mg per time and one time a day , group B was treated with Amlodipine of 10 mg per time and one time a day and group C was treated with Valsartan of 40 mg per time and one time a day and Amlodipine of 5 mg per time and one time a day orally respectively. Results：The blood pressure of patients in three groups was obviously dropped （P 〈 0.01 ）and the effective rate of group C was spe- cially higher than that of another two groups after treatment of 4 weeks in the three groups but there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Valsartan combined with Amlodipine may achieve an ideal therapeutic effect in treatment of essential hypertension under small dosage conditions.
