| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌前哨淋巴结（SLN）活检代表着乳腺癌外科治疗的发展水平，但其广泛开展可能超越了已有的证据支持。目前乳腺癌SLN活检研究的热点包括SLN微转移的预后意义、SLN阳性患者非SLN（nSLN）转移预测及SLN术中分子诊断等，结合2008年圣·安东尼奥乳腺癌会议的最新研究结果对其进行述评。

| Abstract: | Sentinel lymph node biopsy represents the state of the art of breast surgery, but its widely application might surpass the support of available evidences. The hot spots of sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer include the prognosis of micrometastases in sentinel nodes, the prediction of non-sentinel nodes metastases in positive sentinel nodes patients, and the intraoperative molecular diagnosis of sentinel nodes.These are discussed accompanying with the updated results from the 31st SABCS held in December, 2008. |
