家族性脑脊膜瘤细胞遗传学研究

本文对一家系同胞兄妹5人中3人先后不同年龄、不同时间罹患脑脊膜瘤进行了详细的家系调查,对术后仍生存的两例患者进行了细胞遗传学分析,发现患者外周血淋巴细胞的染色体畸变率和脆性部位检出率较正常人有明显增高。总结并讨论了肿瘤与染色体畸变发生的关系。对于家族性脑脊膜瘤的遗传发生机理还需要在分子水平上作进一步研究。

CYTOGENETICS STUDY ON THE PATIENTS WITH FAMILIAL MENINGIOMA

Cytogenetical investigation on a detailed familial line was carried out to a family in- cluding five brothers and sisters,in which there was three persons suffered from meningioma in different time and age.Two survival patients after operation was studied us- ing the cytogenetics method.It is discovered that the rate of chromosomal aberation of the peripheral blood lymphocytes and the rate of detectable fragility parts of the chromosome are higher obviously than that of the normal persons.The relationship between the tumor and the incidence of the chromosomal aberration was discussed and summarized.The pathogenesis of genetics of the familial meningioma still need study deeper in the molecule level.
