上海徐汇区社区卫生服务站资源配置状况分析

目的:了解上海徐汇区社区卫生服务站资源配置状况,为提升社区卫生服务质量,制定相关政策提供参考依据。方法:对2006年徐汇区社区卫生服务站资源进行调查,对调查资料进行描述性分析。结果:徐汇区户籍人口89万,现有62个社区卫生服务站,其用房面积平均为172.4 m2,科室设置合理,基本设备配置比较完善,中医药治疗基本设备配置较高。社区卫生人员以中老年为主,学历以大中专为主,职称以初级人员为主。结论:徐汇区社区卫生服务机构数量,科室设置和基本设备配置符合国家标准,但人力资源结构需要调整。

Analysis on the resources installs condition in the community health service stations in Xuhui district of Shanghai

Objective: Learn the present resouses condition of the Xuhui community health service stations so as to make reference for related policy making and the quality promoting of community health service(CHS).Methods:The 2006 data regarding the resources installs condition in the community health service stations of Xuhui was calculated in statistic methods.Results:Xuhui area,in which the houshold population is 890 thousand,contains 62 community health service stations of which the total area is 172.4 squaremeters and the basic eqipments are perfect,specially the Chinese medicine treatment eqipments.The practitioners in the CHS stations are mainly greatly medium particularly(82.6%),in which the main titles are entry-level technical personnel(55.1%) and the people aged over 45 years old accounts for 54.6%of the total.Conclusion: The number of the CHS stations、the department establishment and the basic eqipment installment can meet GB,but the structure of the human resources needs being adjusted.
