摘    要:目的 探讨如何将换位思考应用于护生静脉输液技术的带教。方法 带教老师从病人和护生的角度进行思考.了解病人和护生的不同需求,促进病人和护生的良性互动。结果 提高了病人对护生的满意度,增加了护生的操作机会。结论 护生在实习过程中执行静脉输液的最大困惑就是遭到病人的拒绝,带教老师在带教过程中运用换位思考调解其中的关系.保障了双方的利益。

Abstract:Objective To explore how to apply the role-exchanging thinking to the teaching of venous infusion techniques. Methods Teachers thought from the angle of student nurses and patients to understand their various rate demands, which thus promoted the proper interactions between the patients and the student nurses. Results The satisfaction with the student nurses was raised and the chances of the practical operation for the students added. Conclusion In practice, the biggest problem for the student nurses is to be refused by the patients. The role-exchanging thinking by the teacher can moderate their relations and thus guarantee mutual benefits.
