| 摘 要： | 宫颈癌发生、发展与癌基因激活、抑癌基因突变,抗凋亡基因过表达有关。本文从经典的抑凋亡基因Bcl-2及其同源体促进凋亡的Bax基因,及凋亡通路关键因子细胞色素C,caspase-3进行综述,阐明其与宫颈癌的相互关系。
