| 摘 要： | 目的分析黄芪注射液引起的药品不良反应（ADR）,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集医院2006年至2009年应用黄芪注射液所致ADR病例68例,并进行分类统计。结果黄芪注射液所致ADR主要为变态反应,其中过敏反应30例（44.12%）,过敏性休克5例（7.35%）,药物热17例（25.00%）,消化系统反应3例（4.41%）,呼吸系统反应6例（8.82%）,神经系统反应3例（4.41%）,循环系统反应2例（2.94%）,其他反应2例（2.94%）。结论黄芪注射液导致ADR的原因较多,建议临床使用时综合考虑各种因素,尽量避免ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by Astragalus Injection so as to promote rational drug use in clinic. Methods 68 cases of ADR induced by Astragalus Injection were collected in the outpatient department from 2006 to 2009,and statistically analyzed. Results ADR induced by Astragalus Injection were characterized by allergic reaction,including anaphylactic reaction in 30 cases（44. 12% ）, anaphylactic shock in 5 cases（7. 35% ）, drug fever in 17 cases（25. 00% ）, digestive system reactions in 3 cases （4. 41% ）,respiratory system reactions in 6 cases（8. 82% ）,nervous system reactions in 3 cases（4. 41% ） and others in 2 cases（2. 94% ） . Conclusion ADR induced by Astragalus Injetion has many reasons. The various factors should be comprehensively considered in clinical application, as far as possible to avoid the occurrence of ADR. |
