| 摘 要： | 目的：研究音乐疗法配合西药治疗肾性高血压的疗效。方法：选符合标准的60例肾性高血压患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组仅给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在西药治疗的基础上配合音乐疗法治疗，疗程为1周，对两组降压疗效及生化水平进行分析评价。结果：治疗组治疗后的收缩压为（128．34±9．88）mmHg，较对照组的（132．24±7．26）mmHg有显著性下降（采用单侧检验，t=-1．6933，P〈0．05）；相关生化指标的改善情况，治疗组亦比对照组要好（但P〉0．05）。结果：音乐疗法对降低肾性高血压患者的血压有促进作用。
