中药对兔退变椎间盘内TNF-α的影响

目的：探讨中药综合治疗对兔腰椎间盘退变中炎性因子TNF-α的影响,观察中医药综合治疗对腰椎间盘退变的作用机制。方法：选用健康新西兰大白兔90只,雌雄各半,平均6月龄,体重平均约2.5 kg。通过纤维环穿刺的方法,建立椎间盘退变模型。90只新西兰兔随机分成5组：正常组、模型组、中药组、贴敷组、中药＋贴敷组。正常对照组18只不造模,余72只行造模手术,各组分别于治疗后2、4、6周各处死6只,取髓核组织检测TNF-α含量。结果：模型对照组中TNF-α的含量与正常组相比较明显升高;所有治疗组2周后椎间盘组织中TNF-α的含量与模型组相比较均明显降低,中药＋贴敷组2周后TNF-α的含量与单独内服中药及贴敷比较有明显降低。结论：退变后的椎间盘中释放的炎性因子TNF-α含量会增加;所有干预组在2周后均能降低退变椎间盘中炎性因子TNF-α的含量;综合运用2种干预（中药＋贴敷）2周后治疗效果优于单独使用中药或贴敷治疗。

The Effect of TCM Treatment on TNF-a in Albino Rabbit Suffered from Intervertebral Disc Cataplasis

Objective： To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on TNF-α in albino rabbit suffered from intervertebral disc cataplasis,and its mechanism of action as well.Method： 90 New-Zealand albino rabbit were chosen,45 male and the other 45 female,all were 6 month-old and the average body weight was 2.5kg.By annular fibrosus puncturatio operation the models of intervertebral disc cataplasis were made successfully.Then they were divided into five groups randomly,which were normal control group,model control group,Chinese drug group,application group,and Chinese drug and application group.After 2 weeks six rabbits were executed,and so were other six ones after 4 and 6 weeks.At last TNF-α was detected in nucleus gelatinosus.Result： TNF-α in model control group was increased markedly than that in normal control group.After 2 weeks＇ treating,TNF-α in all the treatment groups was decreased markedly than that in model group.After 2 weeks＇ treating,TNF-α in Chinese drug and application group was decreased markedly than that in Chinese drug group.Conclusion： TNF-α would increase after intervertebral disc cataplasis.But after 2 weeks＇ treatment TNF-α can be decreased,and the effect of Chinese drug and application is better than that of Chinese drug only or application only.
