| 摘 要： | 目的：建立中药解表清热合剂的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对制剂中麻黄和大黄进行定性鉴别，采用HPLC法测定葛根素的含量。结果：TLC鉴别色谱特征斑点明显。葛根素进样量123．5～2470．0ng与峰面积积分值显良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．05％，RSD为1．94％（n=6）。结论：所建立的TLC和HPLC法，专属性强，重复性好，可用于解表清热合剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the quality specification of Mixture for Siaphoresis Relieving Superficies and Clearing up Heat.Method: The qualitative identifications of Herba Ephedrae and Radix et Phizoma Rhei were carried out by TLC,and the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC.Result: The developed TLC spots were quite clear.The linearity was from 123.5 to 2 470 ng for puerarin by HPLC,and the average recovery was 99.05% for puerarin with RSD of 1.94%(n=6).Conclusion: The methods of established TLC and HPL... |
