| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨痰湿体质对2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的临床价值。方法：对66例痰湿体质和55例非痰湿体质的2型糖尿病患者就FPG、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、糖基化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、血脂、高敏c反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、纤维蛋白原（FG）、D-二聚体（D—Di）、胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）、颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）等进行比较。结果：糖尿病痰湿体质组hs—CRP、FG、D—Di、FPG、2hPG、FINS、1-1bAlc、TG、TC、LDL、BMI参数水平明显高于非痰湿体质组，ISI、HDL参数水平明显低于非痰湿体质组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。痰湿体质组有54例患者存在不同程度的动脉硬化，占81．8％（95％CI=72．5％～91．1％）；非痰湿体质组发生下肢动脉粥样硬化者36例，占65．5％（95％CI=52．9％-78．1％），前者下肢动脉粥样硬化阳性率明显高于后者（x^2=4．2155，P〈0．05）。结论：2型糖尿病痰湿体质患者发生动脉粥样硬化危险性是非痰湿体质患者的2．38倍，其发病的相对危险性为OR：2．38（95％CI=1．03—5．50）。
