| 摘 要： | 目的：研究经皮穴位电刺激对硬膜外麻醉阻滞范围的影响。方法：观察两种麻醉方法对硬膜外阻滞范围的影响，共施行胆囊切除术120例，其中经皮穴位电刺激配合小剂量硬膜外麻醉胆囊切除组（A组）60例，单纯小剂量硬膜外麻醉胆囊切除组（B组）60例。硬膜外麻醉用药种类、浓度（1．5％利多卡因）、给药程序及辅助用药相同，观察两种术前、术中及术后硬膜外导管中水柱的高度来间接观察硬膜外腔的压力变化。结果：A组减少硬膜外麻醉用药量（1．5％利多卡因）34．66％（约1／3）；A、B两组硬膜外腔注入相同局麻药量（1．5％利多卡因9mL），A组较B组阻滞神经节段宽2～3个，A组水柱高度术中及术后平均较诱导前低3．37cmH2O、4．83cmH20，B组水柱高度术中及术后平均较术前高3．64cmH2O、3．19cmH2O。结论：经皮穴位电刺激配合硬膜外麻醉可使局麻药易于渗透或使硬膜外腔渗透压降低。
