补阳还五汤合银杏达莫治疗脑梗死疗效观察

目的：观察补阳还五汤合银杏达莫结合西医常规疗法治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法：将46例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组22例予常规西药治疗，治疗组24例在常规西药治疗基础上予补阳还五汤合银杏达莫治疗，3周后评定疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈7例，显效9例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为91．67％（95％CI=73．00％～90．00％）；对照组痊愈5例，显效6例，有效5例，无效6例，总有效率为72．73％（95％CI=54．12％～91．34％）；两组综合疗效比较无显著性意义（u=1．2335，P〉0．05）；2组治疗后神经功能缺损均较治疗前有明显改善，治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损改善与对照组比较（t=-2．5037，P〈0．05），有显著性差异。结论：补阳还五汤舍银杏达莫结合西药治疗脑梗死疗效优于单用常规西药常规治疗，但证据有待进一步扩大病例数加以验证。

Curative Effect Observation of Decoction of Bu-yang Huan-wu and Ginkgo-dipyridamole on Cerebral Infarction
