| 摘 要： | 中医通下法理论防于《内经》，奠基于《伤寒论》。温病学延续了《伤寒论》下法，并对其有进一步的发展和完善。温病学家不但创立了多首加减承气汤，以适应温热病证易于化燥伤阴的病机特点，而且在下法应用理论上提出了“邪为本，热为标，结粪又其标也”，下法“非专为结粪而设”，“勿拘下不厌迟”，“邪未尽可频下”等观点，为攻下法的推广应用奠定了理论基础。其目的在于逐邪热，下燥粪，保津液，祛瘀结，具有“祛邪存正”的意义。由于通下法作用强烈，收效迅速，如运用得当常可收到扭转病势之效果，但具体应用时又应严格掌握其临床指征和注意事项。
