肾虚痰盛与老年性痴呆发病关系探讨

老年性痴呆是中枢神经系统退行性疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量,属中医善忘、痴呆等病证范畴。精气是大脑活动的物质基础。通过大量文献研究,结合临证体会,认为本病病位在脑,属本虚标实证,本虚为诸脏亏损,气血不足,肾精亏虚,标实为痰阻血瘀。其中肾精亏虚,脑髓不足,脑失所养是发病基础;痰浊困阻,蒙蔽脑窍为发病的关键因素。补肾化痰是老年性痴呆的防治大法。

Approach of the Relationship between Senile Dementia and Renal Deficiency and Phlegmatic Abundance

Senile dementia is a sort of degenerative disease in central nervous system.It affects the quality of people′s life seriously,and belongs to loss of memory or aphrenia in TCM.Pneuma is the material foundation of cerebration activity.According to a great quantity of documents study and clinical practice the author believed that the location of senile dementia is in the brain,and the syndrome is asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality.Asthenia in origin comes from ZANG-organs weakened so as to insufficiency of qi and blood（firstly deficiency of kidney-essence）,and sthenia in superficiality is mainly because of stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis.Deficiency of kidney-essence led to the brain and the spinal cord insufficient,and the brain lost being nourished.This is the ground of onset of senile dementia.Turbid phlegm stagnation led to brain covered,and this is the key of the onset.Invigorating the kidney to dissipate phlegm is the main method for prevention and cure of senile dementia.
