培土生金法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期生存质量与营养状态的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨培土生金法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生存质量与营养状态的影响。方法:将60例COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例给予培土生金中药治疗,并配合吸入噻托溴胺(思力华)治疗,对照组30例单纯采用吸入思力华治疗。观察两组治疗前后肺功能变化情况,比较中医症状体征、生存质量评分及营养指标的变化。结果:用药6个月后,两纽肺功能均有所改善;症状体征变化比较,治疗组临床控制2例,显效9例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率92.86%;对照组临床控制1例,显效3例,有效17例,无效5例,总有效率80.77%。治疗组优于对照组(P〈0.05);两组治疗后的生存质量评分均较治疗前有改善(P〈0.05),且治疗组改善更加明显,优于对照组(P〈0.05);两组治疗后血清白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)均较前有改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P〈0.05),治疗组的实际体重占标准体重百分比与本组治疗前及治疗组治疗后相比均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:培土生金法配合吸入思力华可更好地改善慢阻肺患者稳定期的生存质号与营养状态。
