子痫前期／子痫病因学研究进展

妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期特有的疾病，子痫前期／子痫属于妊娠期高血压疾病，是导致孕产妇和围生儿发病率及病死率增高的主要原因。目前认为，其发病主要与胎盘浅着床、免疫因素、遗传因素、血管内皮损伤、氧化应激、凝血与纤溶系统失衡、营养失调、胰岛素抵抗等有关。

Research Advancement of Etiology in Preeclampsia and Eclampsia

Pregnancy induced hypertension （ PIH ） is a special complication for pregnancy, preeclampsia and eclampsia is the serious stage of PIH ,which result in high risk of perinatal mortality and maternal mortality rate. It has been suggested that the etiology of preeclampsia and eclampsia be related to placental lower planted, immune factors, generate factors, endothelial-cell dysfunction, oxidative stress, the imbalance of plasminogen activators and inhibit, nourishment imbalance and insulin resistance etc.
