过量氟和硒对大鼠垂体,甲状腺,甲状旁腺的影响

摘    要:为观察过量氟对大鼠垂体、甲状腺、甲状旁腺的影响及硒的保护作用,选用Wistrar大鼠饮用30mg/L与50mg/L高氟水,同时设高氟水加富硒饲料组。自实验第4个月光镜下见甲状腺呈现弥漫增生性改变,8个月和14个月出现增生和过度复原并存;垂体4个月光镜下尚无变化,8个月开始出现窦样毛细管增生并扩张充血,嗜酸性细胞变大增多,呈现分化和功能活跃表现。

Abstract:In order to observe the effect of high fluorine (F)and the protection of selenium(Se)on pituitary gland,thyroid and parathyroid,wistar rat of 2 groups with chronic fluorosis were duplicated with 2 concentration F in the drinking water (1. 58,2. 63 mmol/L)and 2 groups were fed with Se fodders (2. 024mg/kg)and high F for 14 months. The results showed that in thyroid of optic microscope,there were pathological changes of wide-spread proliferation for 4 months and coexistence of proliferation and excessive rehabilitation for 8 and 14 months. Pituitary gland gave rise to the changes of the proliferation and the expansion in capillary, increase of quantity and size in acidophilic cells. At the same time,the proliferation and ascent of chief cells,of parathyroid gland were observed for 8 months. This suggested that(1)high F could damage these organs. (2)Se could antagonize high F but could not protect the organs of the rats with fluorosis.
