真菌性角膜溃疡病灶切除后覆盖治疗软镜的疗效观察

目的 探讨其菌性角膜溃疡病灶切除后用亲水性治疗性接触软镜(以下简称治疗软镜)替代结膜瓣掩盖创面的治疗效果。方法 角膜病灶切除后覆盖用0．2％二性霉素B眼药水浸泡过的治疗软镜，每3天取下治疗软镜清洁消毒1次。12天摘除治疗软镜。结果 28例(28只眼）思考术后2周治愈，无复发。2个月后复诊角膜均透明愈合。结论 角膜病灶切除后用治疗软镜替代结膜瓣掩盖创面，减化了手术，提高了疗效。

Clinical observation of wearing therapeutic soft lenses after removing the focus of the fungal corneal ulcer

Objective To investigate the effect of covering conjunctival flaps were replaced by wearing therapeutic soft lenses after removing the focus of fungal corneal ulcer.Methods After removed the focus of the fungal corneal ulcer,the corneal was covered the soft lenses soaked with 0.2% Amphotericin B.The soft lenses were removed for cleaning and disinfecting every three days.The duration of using the rapeutic soft lenses was 13 days.Results 28 cases (28 eyes) were cured after operating two weeks.The corneals were all transparent and healed after operating two months.No case was re-occurred.Conclusion The therapeutic soft lenses were substituted for covering conjunctival flaps after removing the focus of the fungal corneal ulcer simplified the operation and improved the effect.
