| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨体外维甲酸对入骨髓间充质干细胞枯附功能的影响。方法：用流式细胞术方法检测0．01、0．1、1．0和10．0μmol／L维甲酸处理后入骨髓间充质干细胞粘附分子CD54的表达，采用MTT法测量细胞生长曲线。结果：0．01、0．1、1．0和10．0μmol/l的维甲酸能增加入骨髓间充质干细胞上CD54的表达。结论：维甲酸对入骨髓间充质干细胞的上调CD54作用有浓度和时间效应。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of retinoic acid （RA）on the function of adhesion in human bone mesenchymal stem cells. Methods：The expression of CD54 of human BM-MSC was detected by flow cytometry, and cell growth curve of human BM-MSC was tested by MTT assay after coculturing with 0.01,0.1,1.0 and 10.0μmol/l RA respectively. Results： The expression of CD54 increased after coculturing with 0.01,0.1,1.0 and 10.0μmol/l RA. Conclusion： The up-regulation of the expression of CD54 by RA in human BM-MSC had time and concentration effect. |
