| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃恶性肿瘤的CT检查方法及诊断价值。方法分析了经CT检查的57例胃恶性肿瘤和10例正常胃的CT表现。结果正常胃在充分扩张后各部分胃壁厚度均在5mm以内,纤细、清晰、平滑。胃恶性肿瘤表现为胃壁增厚超过10mm(如局限性增厚,即便小于10mm亦应视为异常)和肿块征象,表面凹凸不平,周围器官浸润和淋巴道转移以及远处转移。结论CT检查可提高胃恶性肿瘤的诊断正确率,避免手术的盲目性,应作为胃恶性肿瘤术前检查和术后随访的常规项目之一。

Discussion on spiral CT diagnosis of malignant gastric tumor |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT for malignant tumor of stomach.Methods Data of malignant gastric tumor of57cases and of stomach of10normal cases examined by CT were analysed.Result Thickness of normal gastric wall was within5mm after fully distended.The gastric wall was slight,plain and smooth.CT manifestations of malignant gastric tumor were the thickness of gastric wall over10mm(if there is locally incrassation within10mm,it also should be considered abnormal)or sign of bump.Surface of the gastric wall was uneven.There were perigastric infiltrations,lymphoid metastasis and distant metastasis.Conclusion CT can improve diagnosis of malig-nant gastric tumor.It is one of the routine methods for preoperative diagnosis and assessment of postoperative following-up in patients with malignant gastric tumor. |
