| 摘 要： | 目的建立蜂胶片含量测定方法。方法以Spherigel ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离槲皮素,流动相:甲醇-16.7%四氢呋喃的0.4%磷酸溶液(38∶62),检测波长:370 nm。结果线性范围:0.098~0.488μg,r=0.999 9(n=5)。平均回收率97.57%,RSD=1.32%。结论方法专属、灵敏、重现性好,为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish on RP-HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in Fengjiao tablets.Methods Quercetin was separated on Spherigel ODS C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and than determined at wavelength 370 nm,using rinse fluid of methanol-16.7% tetahydrofuran of 0.4% phosphoric acid solution(38∶62) as mobile phase.Results The standard curves of quercetin were linear in the range of 0.098 0～0.488 0 μg.The average recovery of quercetin was 97.57%(RSD=1.32%).Conclusions The method was specific and sensitive with good reproducibility,it provided a valuation for quality control of the preparation. |
