手术治疗小儿食管严重良性狭窄26例

[目的]探讨小儿食管良性狭窄的外科手术治疗方法及手术时机.[方法]26例食管良性狭窄的患儿均采用狭窄段切除,食管胃吻合手术.[结果]无手术死亡.手术后发生颈部吻合口瘘1例、吻合口狭窄1例,经治疗后均痊愈.经术后随访,生长发育良好.[结论]小儿食管严重良性狭窄应积极采取外科手术治疗.手术时机应结合患儿的实际情况,尽早手术.

Surgical Treatment of Severe Benign Oesophageal Strictures in Infants

[Objective]To investigate the methods and period of surgical management of benign oesophageal strictures of infant.[Methods]Retrospective study was carried out on 26 children with benign oesophageal strictures.All patients underwent esophagogastrostomy with stenosis segment excision.[Results]There was no operative mortality.Postoperatively one patient developed anastomotic leakage and one anastomotic stenosis.All patients were follwed-up with normal development.[Conclusion]Active surgical treatment is the best way to severe benign oesophageal strictures of infant.The period of surgical management should base on the condition of the patient.
