| 摘 要： | 目的]提高肾上腺平滑肌瘤的诊治水平.方法]回顾分析3例肾上腺平滑肌瘤患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献对其诊断和治疗进行探讨.结果]3例患者临床表现为无症状的肾上腺肿块,皆行手术切除肿瘤,术后患者痊愈出院.病理检查确诊为肾上腺平滑肌瘤.结论]肾上腺平滑肌瘤是一种良性肿瘤,确诊有赖于病理检查,治疗以手术切除肿瘤为主,手术后预后较好.

| Abstract: | Objective]To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal leiomyoma.Methods]Three cases of adrenal leiomyomata were retrospectively analyzed with review of literatures.Results]Asymptomatic mass was the first clinic presentation of 3 cases of adrenal leiomyomata. Operation was successfully performed in 3 patients, the patients recovered and were discharged from hospital after operation. The pathology examination confirmed the diagnosis of adrenal leiomyoma.Conclusion]Adrenal leiomyoma is a benign tumour and has a better prognosis, definite diagnosis depends on pathology examination, operation is the treatment of choice. |
