| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)与脑膜瘤瘤周水肿(MPE)的相关关系.方法]用免疫组化法检测脑膜瘤内VEGF的表达,MPE程度在术前三个月内的MR/CT片上测定,采用水肿指数(EI)表示,对VEGF表达进行计算机图像分析,并进行VEGF与MPE的相关性分析.结果]VEGF的表达和肿瘤的MPE之间存在显著的相关性.结论]VEGF在脑膜瘤瘤周水肿的形成上起着重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore whether extent of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in meningioma associates with peritumoral edema of meningioma (MPE).Methods]All meningioma tissue samples were obtained from patients of RenJin Hospital. Expression of VEGF was tested by immunohistochemical method and computer image analysis. MPE was measured by MR/CT within three months before the operation, and indicated by edema index (EI). VEGF and MPE were analyzed.Results]There was statistically significant correlation between expression of VEGF and MPE.Conclusion]VEGF plays an important role in the formation of MPE. |
