软性膀胱镜辅助治疗输尿管结石合并肾结石

摘    要:目的]提高输尿管结石合并肾结石的治疗效果.方法]2004年1月至2005年12月对10例输尿管结石伴有同侧肾结石的患者采用输尿管切开取石术治疗,并于术中或术后应用软性膀胱镜和套石篮肾将结石取出.结果]10例输尿管结石被成功取出.术中及术后应用软性膀胱镜取肾结石,5例患者术中完全取净,3例结石较大者术后经体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)后分次取净较大残石,其余小残石排石成功.2例患者残石未完全取净.结论]软性膀胱镜辅助治疗输尿管结石合并肾结石是一种安全、有效的治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective]To evaluate the effect of lithotomy assisted by flexible cystoseope for treating ureteral and coexisting renal stones. Methods]From Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2005, 10 patients of ureteral and coexisting renal stones were admitted , the ureteral stones were removed by ureterolithotomy, the coexisting renal stones of the same side were then removed with flexible cystoscope and basket during or after operation. Results]All the ureteral stones were taken out completely. The renal stones of 5 patients were completely removed by flexible cystoscope during operation. Three patients had undergone ESWL followed by flexible cystoscopy to remove the residual stones after operation. However, two patients still had residual renal stones. Conclusion]Ureterolithotomy assisted by flexible cystoscope is a safe, effective treatment method for ureteral and coexisting renal stones.
