摘    要:医疗纠纷可发生在医疗活动过程中任何场合和时间 ,从临床实践观察 ,以急诊病人和病情复杂凶险的紧急情况下的病人为多。为了预防和减少紧急情况处置中发生护患纠纷 ,针对紧急情况下易出现的纠纷问题 ,分析原因 ,注重职业素质培训、严格规章制度落实、强化法律法规教育、加强护理质量形成的基础因素管理、重视纠纷后管理 ,使纠纷的发生率明显降低

Abstract:Medical dispute could happen anywhere anytime in medical actions. From observation in clinical practice, most disputes happen in emergency department or patients in complex or dangerous situation. To prevent and reduce nurse-patient disputes in handling emergent situation, we analyze the causes leading disputes in emergent situation. To improve professional quality cultuation, carry out policies strictly, strengthen education laws and disciplines,manage basic nursing quality factors, take management seriously after disputes.
