| 摘 要： | 目的 研究雪域金刚胶囊中桂皮醛含量测定方法。方法 采用 HPL C法测定桂皮醛的含量 ,Allti-ma C1 8柱为固定相、乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸溶液 (4 8∶ 5 2 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 88nm。结果 桂皮醛在 4 3.32～6 39.12 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .99994。平均回收率为 10 1.2 % ,RSD=1.5 %。结论 所建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、重现性好。可适用于雪域金刚胶囊中桂皮醛的测定及有效地控制雪域金刚胶囊的质量

| Abstract: | Objective To determine cinnamaldehyde in Xueyujingang Capsules.Methods RP-HPLC method was used. The samples were separated on a Alltima C 18 column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(48∶52) and the detection wavelength was set at 288 nm.Results The calibration curves were linear at the range of 43.32～639.12 ng for cinnamaldehyde(r=0.999 94).The average recoveries of cinnamaldehyde were 101.2% (RSD=1.5%).Conclusion The method is quick,accurate and suitable for the determination of cinnamaldehyde in Xueyujingang Capsules and capable to control its quality. |
