摘    要:目的 构建互联网+护理服务风险管理评价指标体系,为医疗机构进行互联网+护理服务风险管理提供参考意见。方法 以4 R危机管理理论为理论基础,结合文献分析、质性访谈拟定评价指标体系初稿,通过德尔菲法对21名专家进行2轮函询,运用层次分析法确定指标权重并进行一致性检验。结果 2轮专家函询问卷回收率为88%、91%;专家权威系数为0.813、0.848;肯德尔和谐系数为0.172(χ2=225.352,P<0.001)、0.135(χ2=164.312,P<0.001);变异系数为0~0.220、0.044~0.198。最终形成互联网+护理服务风险管理评价指标体系,由4个一级指标、9个二级指标和46个三级指标组成。结论 研究构建的互联网+护理服务风险管理评价指标体系较为可靠,且具有科学性,对互联网+护理服务行业进行风险管理具有参考意义。

Abstract:Objective To construct a risk management evaluation index system of "Internet+ nursing service",to provide reference for risk management of "Internet+ nursing service" for hospitals. Methods Based on 4R-model crisis management theory,combined with literature review and qualitative interview,the draft of the index system was established. Two rounds of consultation were conducted by Delphi method with 21 experts. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was adopted to determine the weights and then consistency test was conducted. Results The effective response rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 88% and 91% respectively. Expert authority coefficient was 0.813 and 0.848 and Kendall's coefficient 0.172 (χ2=225.352, P<0.001) and 0.135 (χ2=164.312, P<0.001) respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0~0.220 and 0.044~0.198. The final version of "Internet + nursing service" risk management evaluation index system consisted of 4 first-level, 9 second-level and 46 third-level indicators. Conclusion The risk management evaluation index system of "Internet+ nursing service" constructed in this study is reliable and scientific, which provides reference for the risk management of "Internet + nursing service".
