脑微出血的临床及影像学研究进展

脑微出血(CMBs)是脑小血管病的典型影像学表现之一。随着磁共振检查技术的发展,CMBs在正常成人及临床多种疾病患者中均有检出,其在脑内的分布部位也因微出血的发病机制不同而各异。CMBs具体的病理生理学机制尚不明确,由于其起病隐匿且进展缓慢,对其临床意义的认识也存在争议;且微出血病灶数目增多,也会进一步影响患者的生活质量和自理能力。本文就CMBs的临床及影像学研究进展进行总结,旨在为伴发CMBs的临床相关疾病的治疗及决策提供一定参考。

Clinical and imaging research progress of cerebral microbleeds

Cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)is one of the typical imaging manifestations of cerebral small vessel disease.With the development of magnetic resonance imaging,CMBs have been detected in normal adults and patients with various clinical diseases,and the distribution of CMBs in the brain is also different due to the pathogenesis of microbleeds.The specific pathophysiological mechanism of CMBs is still unclear,whose clinical significance is controversial for its insidious onset and slow progressing;the increase in the number of microbleeding lesions will further affect the quality of life and self-care ability of patients.This study aims to summarize the clinical and imaging research progress of CMBs,and provide certain basis for the treatment and decision-making of related clinical diseases associated with CMBs.
